thx guys but I was not happy at all.
I am going to squat a lot (2 times a week) Hopefully I will get that squat groove back. Furtheron I will do 1x5 for deads in stead of 3x3 and a lot of presses.
I will keep it plain and simple with a 5x5 progressive system backed up with a couple of event trainings on Saturday.
I realy realy realy hope that I will get back into shape and finally reach a 200 kg deadlift, a fine squat and a 100 kg overhead press @ 75 kg. Tips are always welcome.
