Second week of project Tampa is done. I have to say, that at this point I´m so tired, but thats the name of the game. Body weight is going down and I´m again harder, little bit flat right now at the end of this week.
This sunday is time to give a little boost to my metabolism, 1500 grams of carbs are waiting. At this point calories are at the same level as on first week and I raised my cardio towards the end of week just to keep it sure that muscles are ready to take in calories on sunday.
Second heavy week in a row. It was cool to notice, that strength levels are going up. Next week some changes to training, I´ll include supersets to regular routine, that will burn more calories what comes to training. I will lower cardio a bit doing only 60min at morning, at evening I´ll train my poses
