cool! thanks beau
Out of the night that covers me,
Black as the Pit from pole to pole,
I thank whatever gods may be
For my unconquerable soul.
In the fell clutch of circumstance
I have not winced nor cried aloud.
Under the bludgeonings of chance
My head is bloody, but unbowed.
It matters not how strait the gate,
How charged with punishments the scroll,
I am the master of my fate;
I am the captain of my soul.
30 years ago when I first started training I did so at a YMCA in NY where the weight room was 20x20 and you barely had room to turn around.I loved that place it was hardcore all the way and Metroflex reminds me of that except bigger and nastier looking. Place like this makes you want to lift until you can't lift no more.
