I like to run bleachers during the weekend but with my schedule walking at a incline for 30 mins works best but you have to adjust your diet and cardio as you progress...

It would be helpful if you typed up what you eat during the day so maybe someone else or my self can help you clean up your diet or make it a bit better.

my diet consists of:
Meal 1
Half a cup of oats with water, and cup of green tea.

meal 2
apple and almonds

meal 3
2 rusks or 2 pieces of bread and 60grams of protein and half a cup of vegetabels.

meal 4
one fruit

meal 5
tuna or chicken breast with vegetables and a large salad.

meal 6
fat free cottage cheese.

i also have another protein shake after training!

Meal 1 - needs protein and half a cup of oats isn't much of a meal

Meal 3 - seems small

What macros, calories and the like does this equal. What are your daily needs?

^ yep that;s what he means, and also the % of kcals coming from fat, carbs and protein,

I would suggest adding protein to your first meal and doing cardio and adjusting when needed

cardio isn't necessary, train in a faster pace and of course diet. I would put all my energy in my weighttraining not cardio. (if walking around the city isn't considered as cardio of course haha)

^^ cardio is necessary.

Train without cardio for long enough and you will realise how much you need it.
