Haven't seen these, thanks. I agree with you too, this is bodybuilding. Love the golden era, and even before that.
4:22 the first video - everyone says that Tom Platz is all about legs and that his upper body couldn't "keep up". Well, just check out that back pose. Not to mention he had pretty great abs too.
The second video is very motivational for us naturals out there.
