Had a pretty good workout today. Idk if I said anything but I've been struggling with a calve injury ever since I finished my deload training phase. I haven't been able to squat above 315lbs for several weeks......I also did not squat during my deload phase, just stuck to machines etc......So I was extremly happy with how back squats went tonight!

70lbs across gym and on the way back just bodyweight.
(Had some issues with lunges, my left foot kept sliding a bit which made me extremly nervous so I had to slow my reps down and then finished with just bodyweight.)
2 sets of leg extensions 130lbs high reps
(By this point my quads are completely crushed as you can see from the heavy leg extensions haha.)
Pre-workout: scoop of nitrotech and 1 cup of oats about 1 hr b4 start of training.
Also took my Myoshock which helped with my intensity.
