Chest and Triceps
Incline Dumbell Press
50x10, 65x8, 85x5 + negative, drop to 60x4
Flat Barbell Press
135x10, 155x8, 170x6 drop to 135x5
30x15, 60x8 + 2 forced reps
100x12, 140x7 +2 forced reps
Reverse Grip Press
Tomorrow is going to be Shoulders.
