Neither.

With Farah he's not as conditioned, with Palumbo he's too flat. If I had to pick one, obviously Palumbo.

Where is the back double bicep shot??? I wouldn't be surprised if he looked better at the USA's in his back double bi.

I didnt include a Back double Bi because they didnt have one of the USA's on MD

Better lighting at the USA, but I prefer the Palumbo-look.

Different posing, different lightning, different faces. 'can't say I see any other differences..would probably look the same without either Palumbo or Farah

he should have stayed with Farah, u can deff see that he lost some size with daves diet

I gotta go with Flex...neither is better.

He's about the same, no drastic changes.
