ok i need a little help i am having trouble with my deadlift i cant seem to get up in weight anymore i can lift 365 pounds but i cant seem to move up from that i know i need to work on my hamstrings and abs since they are a major factor in the processe but i also wonder if i just need to eat more

Do a search for deadlift threads in the training section, there's a few informative ones there.

try to hit heavy box squats on leg day since you drive out of the deads like in a box squat. don't worry strength will come with time. nobody starts out with deadlifting 450 for reps :D
