That hernia just popped out of fucking nowhere.
4 months ago I was going for 5x200kg DL and I made that bar my bitch. Ecstatic beyond measure I was jumping around, roaring, spitting on people, you know, things you do when you feel like a goddamn winner! 2 hours later I had a hernia, lol.

I'm not sure the lift was the direct source though, as far as I know it's a genetic thing.

FR's are pretty good imo, I feel like they hit the entire shouldergirdle, even my traps are fucking sore today. I do them strict and charles glass style.

My QUADS and GLUTES are having a painfest, pure agony. Good stuff to be honest, feeling alive and all that. Truly a blessing in disguise. Kind of like finding some leftover pocketcash when you thought you were out and you're running late for the bus. Actually, it's in no way EXACTLY like that. Yeah. Hopefully noone will throw fireworks at me later, my only skill at the moment would be ducking.
