Sumo deads The fucking trainers made me deadlift WITHIN THE SQUAT RACK.
Pretty sure I have hurt my fucking leg from the awkward position it puts me in.
I was really pissed off so I just really didn't have it in me to go hard with the GMs and the Hypers.
I'll see if they let me do deads outside. Fuck them, and fuck their families.
