Okay, so I've been inspired by Freako to do Smolov again. I'm going to spend the next 2 weeks just working up to the max I'm going to use, then this is how I plan to set it out. I am going to attempt to run 5/3/1 for bench/MP at the same time, so we'll see.
This will be for he base mesocycle, I'll modify everything when I get to the switching phase and intense cycle.
Monday: Smolov 4x9 5/3/1 bench + dips
Wednesday: Smolov 5x7 Pullups + DB rows
Friday: Smolov 7x5 5/3/1 MP + Dips
Saturday: Smolov 10x3 Pullups + DB rows
I don't want to do too much after the squatting, I know how much you just don't want to do anything after hahaha.
I supersetted my 2nd 4x9 session with pullups today. Baaaaaaad idea.
As so as I get my SS bar I'm going to do the base mesocycle again so I'll turn 11 weeks into about 15 weeks of squatting. I'll either dominate or die.
