More leg troubles. My left quad/knee has been feeling a bit off all week, but it wasn't so bad so I decided to see how it felt. Now hurts like a *****. Doesn't feel like muscle damage, feels kinda like a nerve problom (?). I have a feeling it might be from resting DB's on my legs poorly before doin bench or shoulder press. Not sure what I'm gonna do as of yet, I'll see how it feels in the morning, I will continue my upper body domination. I hope nothing bad is wrong :(

Disappointing, after getting 7 with 60kg last week I was expecting to at least hit 5 reps.... I just had no power or energy.
