Ok, so I'm back on 5/3/1... starting out a bit light.
Shame... just trying to get 5 sets of whatever reps currently.
Over exam block and end of semester I lost about 4kg, so I'm not feeling as strong as I did... should be right though.
I'm gonna stop being a ***** bitch. Doing 5/3/1, but I'm doing magnusson/ortmayer deadlift cycle on deadlift day.
My problem with deadlifting is getting the bar moving, so for every rep of every set today (minus the last 120kg) bar stopped and reset myself. I didn't bother going over the 8 reps in the last set, I know I had a bunch more in me, I was more concerned about the other sets, I'll push the boundaries of that set in coming weeks.
