your like my harder younger twin. my right knee hurt last time i did heavy squats too, i blame wearing of poor quality thongs. are you a victim?
p.s props on blitzing the bench after being annoyed with ur squat. much tougher then i give u credit for.
Warmed up on the bike for a couple mins.
Front squat+goodmorning warmup with bar.
Rope pulldowns and shoulder prehab warmup
Squats felt unusually easy... first couple sets were easy. My knee was feeling fantastic today, I think the extra warmup on the bike did the trick. I only got 5 in the last set because I think I got a bit excited that it was the last rep, I got way off balance comming out of the hole and just couldn't correct it.
I only did 5 sets with bench because the gym closed.
