hey, guys i wanted to start a powerlifting routine and i wanted to get some routine ideas that i can maybe try and see what works. So rather than looking everywhere for one on the internet id rather ask you guys and see what worked for you. Links to sites are welcome as well. Thanks

5/3/1 seems to be working well for plenty of guys here, check the logs.

I'm a big fan of the ME/DE upper lower split. Basically a ME day would be working up to 6-10 sets of singles with 90% of max. DE day 2-3 reps with 50-70% of max for 8-12 sets.

Do a search for 5/3/1 or powerlifting in this section. Lots of info already posted.

Routines I have used and rate well:
Westside or WSB
Smolov

Google is your friend with these, there's tons of info available.

Edit: Fuck it, here:

5/3/1

WSB
