His form is terrible, but it seems to work well for him.

Just makes you wonder if he uses weights he doesnt usually train with during the vids....

I don't know that the form does work for him.

His biggest flaws are probably due to his crap form; i.e. his back could probably benefit from a full ROM on his exercises.

And lets face it, chuck a heap of natural ability, hard work and AAS at a guy and how he does his exercises really doesn't matter as much. Maybe not the best for his long term health and the like but :soapbox:
