Starting the axle press with alternate grip seems highly inefficient.

why wasn't this webcast like last year ? :(

Most of it was during the expo, but the final lifts were during the bb finals, so i dont know why they werent on webcast?

the db press with like 200 over the head was the final lift, not sure if it is posted in here.

I can't say for sure. I've never tried gripping a 4" bar, haha. I would just try to clean and jerk it.

I've started dabbling in strongman, and I can do maybe half the poundages that they work with. It's insane to see those guys lift so heavy. As if the technique isn't hard enough to learn.
