What the hell did you guys do for his arms between 2008 and 2009?? Looks like they grew something like two inches.

More free weights.

His favorite exercises for arms are close grip bench, barbell curls, dumbell curls, e-z bar curls, and pushdowns.

His knee is doing much better since he started squatting deeper (just like I said all a long :gaysign:).

Dave doesn't know this, but I PM'd Victor Prisk about it, but havn't gotten a reply on MD...he doesn't post much. Since Dave's knee is doing better, we'll wait and see how it goes.

He was only able to train his legs for about 8 weeks his last offseason due to knee problems. Just wait and see how they look in 2011.

Quads, hamstrings, glutes, calves, will look completely different.

do you guys have him currently in that strenght / hipertrophy week change leading then to a PRRS training at the moment?

Not really, I pretty much decided to make some big last minute changes to it. We're still using the 3 week rotation method, and I think we'll be using that for this entire bulk.

Right now it's....

Week 1 - Strength week (begin workout in the 4-6 range in reps, then finish in the 6-8 range)
Week 2 - Hypertrophy week (mostly 8-10 right now, but eventually will progress to 10-12 also)
Week 3 - Hypertrophy week (same as week 2)


Reason he doesn't do many 10-12 sets at this point is because of his poor muscular endurance from max_ot.

Split at the moment....

Monday: Quads
Tuesday: Chest
Wednesday: Hamstrings, glutes, arms
Thursday: Off
Friday: Back
Saturday: Delts, trapz
Sunday: Off


I need to call and make sure David isn't slacking on his calves and abs :bullwhip:
