I take a 200mg caffeine pill. On leg and back day I take 2 x 200mg caffeine pills to get really jacked.

I was wondering what everybody else did to help them get energized for a workout.

I'm curious too.

I know we talked about it before and it does work but there are better alternatives. (i might have tested it out too :icon_ninja: )

im serious 50mg viagra and 100mg anadrol.. works wonders.. and maybe 100mg suspension 1 hr pre-workout.. no jokes.

clearly you know nothing about GH as its NEVER taken pre-workout as it spikes for 1.5 hours and one can get lethargic off of it due to the insulin resistance..

Do you find the Viagra is better than other alternatives? Not sure of the pricing you are getting but I would think it would be more expensive then other ways of getting pumps.

I take a deep breath, washed down with a sense of resolve.

I've tried a couple of pre-workout things and most of them are kinda useless. I do take a whey isolate and creatine shake just before hand as well.

Not a fan of popping a heap of caffeine on a regular basis. I already drink a lot of tea (public servant, it's in the job description). Can't leave myself dependant on the caffeine in the long term.

Usually eat a shake or small meal 60-90 minutes before then 15-20 minutes before I'll take 5g L-Arginine, 5g Creatine mixed in some gatorade.

Sometimes I will have a cup of black coffee or white tea if I feel I need the extra kick. Nothing fancy!

Good post by Tim... I sip on some white tea around an hr before a workout, and a scoop of whey right before I leave for the gym.
