What happens to the body if someone takes suplements in the day off workout and does the effect will last for the next day? what consequences could happen? What are the risks on taking suplements without working out that same day
What kind of supplements are we talking about here?
Things like your NO Xplode and so on; will be waste to use for an off day. If you need a pick me up, use Acetyl Tyrosine and Phenylalanine. Both of these do not stimulate the CNS. You may use generic caffeine in conjunction.
Fish oil, multi, glucosamine and the ilk are every day supplements.
Workout supplements are generally just for pre and post workout. The only reason you would take say a whey protein on an off day is because of your required caloric intake for the day.
Nothing happends really, but likes tim says there are some things that should be taken daily.

- Creatine monohydrat (Ofc i have some weeks completely off at some point)
- Fish oil
