If you check the other recent posts bro, you'll see the World Championships were on there at the same time. As a former winner of that competition, I assume thats why he was invited to guest pose.

What he needs is a large dose of heavy iron taken in squat and deadlift form.

Everybody knows he must stick with heavy deads and squats but at that level having a trainer who knows what he's doing ain't bad.Most athletes follower by Rambod have improved lot.
