also im doing cardio 3times a week 30 to 35mins, from level 1 to 5 resistence,
and i sip either a protein drink, or a mix BCAA with creatine, (usually 1/3 a scoop of creatine, as im cutting back on it) i save about 6oz of protein drink or my mix and wait 5-10mins then drink the rest of it
i noticed in leaning out, face wise too, getting narrow face lol
Thick forearms. my forearms suck and my arm muscle bellies are faily high so when im wearing a tshirt you cant even tell i workout. then i flex and ppl are like "wtf, you workout?!" lol... how tall are you?
