The Pre Creator Hany Rambod takes Branden Ray through a grueling chest workout at Ray's Built Tuff Gym in San Jose, CA.

Branden's back from a tough break during this year's USAs loss to Tamer El Gundy for the Light Heavyweight Class. Now it's up to Branden to not only take out Tamer but everyone else nipping at his heals for this year's 2009 Nationals.

Brandon is going to be a great pro, he has a great future ahead of him, not lacking any muscle if you ask me.. i just really hope he does not compete in the 202s as a pro.. i hope he does the open class as the body should not be compared by weight but overall structure..

because he makes his money by teaching others, do you realize how much the guy travels and how busy he is helping others? and he DOES not look like shit, the guy has good size on his frame.. you on the other hand !!

And the award for the crappiest comment goes to....Man do you understand Rambord is a trainer, with a monthly schedule which includes travelling from one side to another of the USA following at least 10 athletes? The size he carries is good considering how busy he must be.No reason to juice up hard he's not competing.
