i`m interested in FST-7, now you may be thinking that the only reason i want to use it is because Jay uses it and phil and they look great and they`ll hype it etc... right? No, i just want to genuinely try it.

Do you know where i could get a hold of a beginner workout for this?
From bits and pieces i have put together its seems like a regular workout with the last exercise having 7sets and with using a rest-pause, what ever the hell that is. Could someone explain it? Sounds like a load of BS tbh but i want to try it anyways

I bet that by doing 8 sets in the end, u will just loose muscle. And 7 sets work wonders, proven shit right there.

This has always made me think of this scene.

I understand the basic principle behind FST7, but this is just marketing.

I think you should try the FST-7 training. I use it now and been doing it for a while, and it works good for me.
But remember that it put alot of pressure on your body and you need to eat good and follow a good diet so you can recover.

You do the 7:s usally on the last exercise and only rest for about 30sec between eack set..... Feels great!

You can also go in on hanyrambod.com and be a member there! Then you can read al about this :)

Good luck and train hard but smart ;)

I love fst-7 great gains and its been just a month, great pumps but make sure to stretch and flex inbetween sets to make even more gains, after one set flex the muscle being worked for 10-20 second and after then next set stretch for 20-30 seconds or so, swtich between sets. Makes a world of difference! And the 7's arnt just light pump sets the last 2-3 reps should be hard, so use a good weight. :)
