Coffee+dextrose+whey (chocolate or vanilla, whatever) + creatine

It tastes good and it's nowhere near as gay as a Starbucks mocha-frap.

Is it suppose to be hot or chilled?

like cold coffee or what?

cus im going to use Eight O clock coffee Hazelnut with Waxymaize, CEE, and BCAAs, Taurine.

Would the temperature of hot coffee affect the composition of some of those components that you ad to the coffee?

This needs to be the caption for a picture of huge bber or power lifter drinking their shake next to one of those guys who spikes their hair and tans really dark drinking a starbucks.
