coming up at january.....be ready!

some stats from me:
29 years old, I've been training weights for about three years now and it's been kinda on and off thing 'till now...only goals atm are to get more muscles and shoulder back to track so it isn't anymore about weight's but muscle.

I'm volyme junkie so lots of volyme training etc....more at Jan.

aaaight, here it goes.

SQUAT 5x5 85kg, 20x 50kg

DL 4x4 120kg
I was supposed do 5x5 but breathing wasn't right or smtg.....felt like my head's gonna explode...

SEATED CALF RAISES 5x10 90kg, 20x 50kg

stretching

Light start for this year, had a two week pause before this session.
We shall continue.

For pump I did this pulldown thing...dunno what is it called

SMITH SHOULDER PRESS

BARBELL CURLS
3x6 45kg, 15x 20kg (pump)

I didn't do any triceps, little pain in elbow.

1A rear delt row (in pulldown machinen thingie)
10x, 10x, 10x, 8x, 8x 50kg (in crosscable that would be like 100kg)
1B rear delt machine
10x5 29kg
2 shoulder press (leverage machine)
10x5 25kg/side

Arms
supersets
1A CGBP
10x5 60kg Triceps were dead at this point I don't know why, usually I can do mucho heavier...well it's not the weights, its the SQUEEEEEEEZE!
1B Dumbbel curls
8x, 8x, 8x, 7x, 7x 20kg

2A rope pushdown
10x, 8x, 8x, 8x, 7x 65kg (cross cable)
2B one arm preacher (scott?) curl in crosscable
8x, 7x, 6x, 4+2 forced reps 25kg, 6x20kg

Supersets rule!, also helps decrease time in gym lol

I cutted some weights in this and squeezed more...killer stuff

Training partner was in hurry, so we did only few exercises.
