Do u guys train while having a cold or the flu?
Yes? No? and Why?

You are causing your body stress when training. Depending on how crap you feel this stress may help or hinder.
My rule of thumb is that if I'm sick enough that I don't feel like warming up or I can't do a dozen chinups without getting dizzy/breathless then I'll give it a miss.
You should also pay attention to other beings, because I'd get rather pissed off if someone ill as hell came in the door just to spread some stupid vira or cough, making me lay off training etc.
Never, it will lead to overtraining!
I go to the gym.. the sweat helps it to pass..
Hey.. I was hit by a car yesterday.. my hand is black and swollen..
I think I'm going to train back today.. (no joke)
worst back workout ever..
couldn't continue with the deads after warmup... my hand was fucked up..
olnly was able to do some pullups.. and some high rep db rows..
