First year in my life I've trained more than 200 times (4 a week). Results? I got up till 82kg (180lbs) from somewhere near 77kg (I gained some bodyfat, also :D). I'm 5'8'', 24 y/o and a month, training for 6 years, training hard for last 2.
My diet is still not a BB one. I eat well, my protein intake is enough to build muscle and repair ir, but my macro intake percentages are pretty random. I eat clean, but not the cleanest I can/should.
My training is pretty good, IMHO. I burst my ass each time I put my shorts on. I rest at least 8-9 hours a day, so my main handicap is, as has been said, the diet. I need to fix it next year. I'll buy some supps for the first time, e.g., protein shakes.
Ok, some new pics of me. Sorry for the angle/lightning etc. It's all I have right now. I'll try to search for pics of 2008 so you can compare both. Also I'll post some pics of my legs.
I upload them all to read critics, either good and bad ones. Thanks for your honest comments.
PS: I have an lumbar-dorsal Scoliosis.
