The last book I've read in probably 4 years or so is Arnolds Encyclopedia of bodybuilding. Love the old school arnold, but not in a gay way or anything. Anyways its Tuesday Dec 22 2009, I've been trying to cut for awhile but this time of year there is a ton of food around the office and I don't have the best will power. Heres my routine today:
Warm up on Bike for 5 mins

--Dead Lifts on smith machine- (normally use olympic bar but all were in use today)
7 reps 135 lbs (warm up)
4 reps 155 lbs
4 reps 175 lbs
5 reps 195 lbs
4 reps 205 lbs +9 reps 135 lbs as a strip set
--Leg Press-
10 reps 150 lbs+7 reps for calve raises
10 reps 190 lbs+7 reps for calve raises
10 reps 215 lbs+7 reps for calve raises
10 reps 230 lbs+7 reps for calve raises
10 reps 250 lbs+7 reps for calve raises
10 reps 275 lbs+7 reps for calve raises
