I want to try a Protodol cycle i am a newbie(1 years of training)
It's my first cycle of pro hormon...protodol is good for start or can i try another?

more info

height, weight, age, lot of background infor needed. but chances are if you only been lifting for one year, then you have a lot more you can build off of food and lifting heavy alone

1,73cm and 82kg/178lbs 12-13% bf im 18 years old...i want just try because its a light supplements and not dangerous than steroids

i agree with bambam. you should wait a few years with stuff like this.
at 18 you'll make good progress with good old hard work and right nutrition.
and keep the supplements to the basics like protein, carbs, creatine and multi vitamins and minerals.

Im not totally convinced....6-8lbs of lean mass its a good result...no?
