ok Guys well i dieted for two weeks but i been cheating a lot these last 4-5 days (except yesterday). I had little motivation coz i didnt have any time to train. Only worked out once that week but im going to kick it into high gear for 5 weeks before i end my diet and begin bulk. my goal is to drop 1 lb of fat a week minimum. I know its a very easy goal for 5 weeks but thats the goal im going to set for my group at the fit camp i work in, im gonna tell them that i will lose the weight with them.

Hey guys, i made another video today... Not much improvements. Only a bit. My legs are a bit more cut but their detail is blurred out because i did legs two days ago and now i can barely walk lol. My arms are more cut as well as my obliques. Since my last update i had a bad cold and havent done much cardio. Im gonna step up my cardio big time and there will be a more noticeable difference next update. i've lost around 2 lbs since last week.

I havent been doing well in my diet, just started cleaning it up more. Ive had a lot of stress and it makes dieting much harder when it felt really easy when i wasnt stressed out. My training is going really great, im training 3 times a week and i've been following 5X5. I've put on a good ammount of muscle since i started dieting. my entire body is still getting a bit leaner but my abs are not changing much :/ maybe im not getting leaner and the extra mass is making my muscles look leaner? my training partner also said i look leaner and my old training partner didnt see me since i started dieting and saw me recently, he said im bigger and leaner... idk but i will continue to diet until i get a six pack...
I just started doing cardio again a few days ago. i will do a bit of cardio today and that would make it 3 days in a row.
As i mentioned, my workouts have been great. I've been lifting the same if not more weight then before for more sets. Im just so unmotivated to write them down lol ill try to do it soon.
