i recently bough a mixer to make a quick liquid breakfast becuase i dont have a time to cook.
so guys can you help me here with some ideas how to make it?

i would get some macadamia nut oil, whey protein, natural peanut butter, and ground oatmeal. mix that up and you got your fats protein and complex carbs. oh and obviously mix it with water or milk.
