as i said i dont know if this belongs here, but i dont really know where else to put it ...

my Q is; is it possible, that genetically, some people arent able to put on muscle mass as easily [or at all] as others ?

Everyone can put on muscle mass, but yes, genetically some people are able to put mass on faster/easier than others.
