and sorry to bother u guys with such stupid questions..but i'd really appretiate if u guys cld help me...

a lot of time i try to workout in the morning and i find myself too deplated to continue...but i finish my workout anyway just for the sake of the consistent schedule..

what my question is on such days when i find that i did not give my 100%..can i find time and workout again with greater intensity in the middle of the day..or will it be OVERTRAINING????
i.e. can i stop in the middle of the workout since i m very deplated and come back..say in the evening with more fuel and do the whole thing all over again????

offcourse i can reschedule the whole workout at diffrent time...but i was just curious..

Change your workout times. Just train in the afternoon.

On the subject of powerlifting, someone else could help you with that.

What routine/template are you following now? And what do you hope to get out of powerlifting in particular?

And what does your nutrition look like? Do you eat before you lift?

No wonder you are tired. You have to eat before you work out.

I dont belive that you'll ever ever in your entire live be overtrained. Overreached perhabs, there's a different :D

You gotta eat before working out! It's just as important as i dont know what :)

Why only 1 exercise for legs yet there are 3 for shoulders?

Do more leg work!
