agree with ur assesment of the vid, first rep was better. 2nd rep wasnt shocking tho. good stuff, i think your bodyfat might be a bit high in the pic tho. perhaps seek dietry advice off king of the lurchers.
just kidding id guesstimate 8-9% bf which would make you leaner then any rugby player to have ever played. lollolol
Both my knees are hurting, can be the close stance squat which I'm not used to do. Both my wrist are hurting, it started 2 weeks ago cause of hammer curls.
Next week is deload for squat and bench, and I hope to recover a bit, then train more 3 weeks heavy and test my maxes. Afterwards I'll train with higher reps and give a break to my joints.
