Man, I'm so unconditioned that my addutors are killing me, and I only squatted 80% for 4x3 on Monday! Impossible to do sumo's today, I'll try tomorrow.
Think I'm gonna compete in the Brazilian Deadlift Championship, in December. So after I hit my PB at squats on mid August I'll focus on the deadlift. And I'm 2kg above the 67,5 class, meh, and not strong enough for the 75kg class...well, but I have 4 entire months to think about it, let's see!
