Yea so my buddy is asking me for my advice on training and nutrition for the iron man event he wants to do in the summer. I told him I'll do some research, and let him know what I've found.

So do you guys know of any good websites or any other resources to get some info?

he's preparing for an ironman (not the bb one)? well i guess lots of astroglide and expandable butt plugs for stretching and warm up....
