Perfect form on those lateral raises. He's definitely following Dorian's routine, exercise wise. Form is MUCH better.

Perfect form indeed! Looks like he's doing good. His motivation is probably sky high now since he's signed up with BSN and ready to prove himself once again.

I dont like his abdominal depth, maybe he needs to workout his abs?

With this form now in his training, he can go far imo. Everything looks better, even the smith military presses have a way better ROM compared to his 1/4 ROM in this older vid.

the guy had hernia surgery...and his abdominal region is really better than it was some months ago..
