    Protien Supplement after or before workout?

    Hi friends,

    I have a question in mind..

    I have purchased a Muscle Tech Nitro Tech Hardcode Protien

    I wonder i should take it before or after Workout ?

    Coz i also has creatine and Glucatimite and other products which i think is pre workout?

    protein shake roughly an hour before weight training.. complement with carbs and creatine.

    then take again once workout is finished.. season with carbs and creatine to taste.
    not so sure what the other glutathingy u mentioned is

    yeah i take my before and after too. pretty common.

    Whole food an hour and a half before then slam the shake with some fast carbs immediately after.
