Stretch and home.
In this cycle I think im going strict by the book. See how I respond to this method and change things in future cycles. Felt great and tomorrow I have more to deal with.

Hanging Leg Raises

● 2x10

● 1x6

Well in this workout I just blasted my hands with deads. :turborun: I could do more reps but grip isn't strong enough. When going to hanging leg raises I couldn't grab the bar with hook grip lol just with my fingers. In the end i felt great and prepared to do one or two more exercises but my hands was just saying "no more please". They wasn't build for this kind of stuff :]

that really helps, since i'm training with no wraps in a matter od 2 weeks I went from 140 for 1 to 140 for 6. My grip is improving has hell, the kroc rows and the high rep shrugs really are the ones to blame.. great stuff.

I'm now anxious to go to the strenght phase and see what I can pull with straps.!

yup overhand grip. Well kroc rows will be in chest day. I will put some grip exercises on DL day or maybe in bench or squat day.
