Looking great... left leg looks a bit bigger though, if I were you I might consider altering the posing to try and "hide" this a little bit, something like this maybe. Flex would be the person on here to ask as he is a great posing coach.
4 weeks out video. going through the mandatory poses quick after cardio. need to work on back poses and front lat spread. kind of shitty quality and lighting is only on one side.
you look awesome bro. major props seems like ur ahead for 4 weeks out and going about this the right way. good luck with the rest of the prep and keep us updated=)

thanks! yeah i wanted to be ahead a little and do a longer diet so i could gain some muscle during my diet......which everyone seems to think is impossible, but if done correctly you can gain a few pounds of muscle during the dieting process. it's the last few weeks when people over diet and over due cardio because they are behind where they lose muscle.
