Subjecting yourself to the kind of training necessary to be a three-time Mr. Olympia and Arnold Classic champion puts a lot of wear and tear on the body. In addition to stretching before, during and after training, Jay Cutler used a wide variety of physical therapy to overcome the trauma from years of intense, heavy training. Here's a list of what he went through leading up to the '09 Olympia.

Chiropractic Sessions
What: Adjustments to hips, neck, lower and middle back
Function: Keep body operating at high level
Duration: One hour
Frequency: Once per week
Cost: Free

Deep Tissue Massage
What: An aggressive, full-body massage
Function: Increase blood flow, speed recovery and aid muscle separation
Duration: Two hours
Frequency: Twice per week
Cost: $100 per session

Active Release Techniques
What: A soft-tissue system used on quads, hams and glutes Function: Increase range of motion, relieve nerve impingement and speed recovery Duration: Two hours Frequency: Three times per week Cost: $100 per session

BioSync
What: Walking on Jay and digging elbows into hips, glutes and quads
Function: Increase blood flow and speed recovery
Duration: Two hours
Frequency: Once per week
Cost: $400 per session

Traction
What: DRX9000 machine
Function: Alleviate stress and tension in the vertebrae
Duration: 15 minutes
Frequency: 20 sessions per month
Cost: $3,500 per month

SMRT
What: A self-performed myofascial release technique using a fiberglass roller on the quads, glutes and hams

Goes to show jays love and passion for the sport, most pros probably don't even earn half as much as that a month.

I highly doubt that you would get agressive massages, and active release and biosync all in the same week.

I know that professionals do get a lot of massages though.

I remember in Jay Cutler All Access he sayed he spend like 50-60 thousand dollars just for the food he eats, then don't forget the gear, and then the cars he has, his house which is very big, his second house in LA which is normal apartment, which he bought recently but considering he gets payed a LOT by MT, and is also a testimonial for other brands like Schiek, Lana's Egg Whites and also has his own clothing line selling now, not to mention he's part of Max Muscle Jay must earn enough to cover all his bills, and sure he has a good bank account. But still, he spends a lot. This sport is VERY expensive compared to how much it pays.
