Morning
1/4 cup cream of wheat
2 eggs
2 pieces of wheat bread
1 cup of milk with ON (optimum nutrition 100% Whey Gold is ON)
water
Between morning and lunch
try to have turkey or chicken
some type of complex carb
(Subway!)
water
lunch
2 turkey sandwiches or
oven-roasted chicken breast in a tossed salad with almonds and EVOL
with milk and ON and water
pre-work out around 3 pm (about an hour or 90 min. before)
1/2 cup oatmeal with milk honey and ON or
bagel with peanut butter and ON with milk
pre-workout (about 15 min. before)
apple or banana
during workout
water or gatorade
after workout
ON with milk, strawberries or bananas or both, peanut butter and 5g of creatine monohydrate. (all in one shake).
45-60 minutes later
1 cup brown rice
about 50g of chicken or
wheat pasta with chicken
dinner
some assorted veggies, roughly 1 cup
lean meats- either chicken, tuna or 90% beef
protein pasta about 2 bowls
water and or milk
before bed
cottage cheese with milk, ON and crackers.
