^^ Bulky, you shouldn't. It brings some extra handsomeness, no doubt, but for averything else it sucks. I'm only 1.85m (6'1") and I barely fit on low-cost plane seats to give you an example. My femur+knee+hipbone is longer than the space between those damn things.
^^ Meh. I find that at 182cm. I was on a domestic flight and my head was touching the roof, I had to duck at the light fittings!!!!
But I would still like to be 185 to 188cm. That way all of me would be in proportion
In not-so-expensive-but-popular restaurants they crowd their rooms so much with tables that often times i barely fit on those without my chair touching that behind mine. Not to talk about regular in-town buses.

On a serious note, ROM/leverage on benchpress and such due to long arms is a disadvantage, but i think it's nothing compared with the hell that it's deadlifting with long legs. Getting the bar higher=more potential energy gained=more work done. Damn midgets lockout at a height i still have my knees bent. /rant

squats 155kg*4 =175kg
Militaries 70kg*6= 84kg
Deads 135kg*12= 189kg
Bench 120kg*5= 140kg
Bench is the only one thats probably spot on everything else I can 1 rep more then and have done so.
Total= 588 total
2 exercises to go and ill log week 1 cycle 2 on track for a 600kg total. fingers crossed i dont mess up my 2 best lifts.
that means i need to get a calculated 1rm for bench of 123 to crack 600kg total for the first time (my 1rm is 135 but obviously i wont be doing 1rms in the workout it will be based off how many reps i can do on i think 105kg) So exciting! xoxoxo
btw line, not that im just doing this to compete against you, because i am, with a 600kg total at my bw my wilks is 363.71999999999997 i believe that is 0.2 less then you. This shit is about to get real. 1 more sleep till i post a 600kg total xoxoxo
