I'm not breaking any records this "come back" week loool. I'm so sore from monday's squats that I can barely walk up/downstairs. I've left my car parked out in the street at work so i don't have to walk the stairs from the basement parking to the office.

I've barely been lifting these past couple of months. I deadlifted the other night and pulling a triple at 180kg was tough, the squatting at 150kg for a triple was also hard. My bench continues to suck. All would be helped by proper training dedication.
Thanks, guys. I'm now finished with the third week of my sixth cycle, so it's time to deload. Oh, and new deadlift...
