Taste 6/10 When I first tasted this product I tasted a lot like cough syrup and it left a Sour Patch Kid after Taste . The after taste was fairly good.

Texture 6/10 Again this reminded me of cough syrup Very Thick and slimy …

Overall 6/10 I rate this product a six for overall convince and grams of protein per container. If your In need of a quick protein source at work or school this is a great product for you if taste is not a factor for you,Price range for this is $2.99 ( I got it for free so I did not mind lol.)
