Not really an injury but, I started training sheiko style again after not training much lately, holy shit im so sore its hard to move around.
I hurt my lower back earlier in the year. It got so tight that i coudnt walk i just had to lie on the floor and when i did get up i had to stay perfectly straight idk what i did but its better now i have been strengthening it again, i started to neglect it for a good while, but its good i just have to be aware and im tightening my core alot more when i do exercises and no jerky movements, perfect form. So it kinda helped in a way. Ha
had some serious knee issues alittle while ago. woke up, and my knee was cracking like hell. luckily it passed. other than that i strained my back alittle while front squatting just last week, but that passed as well.
so overall nothing to serious. offc, alittle aches here and there but nothing preventing me from doing anything.

Right shoulder (most likely rotator), I've had an on-going problem with my shoulders since last year but my right one seems to have flared up and got steadily worse.
