Narrow mind eh how can one be declared narrow minded for disliking gay4pay and dodgy on & off stage demeanor?
The scarry thought of Kai becoming the number one representative of the sport I love... his past and his present demeanor (misdemeanor to be honest) and the possibility of 'ALL OF US" getting associated with what Kai was and what he is... if someone takes my MASSIVE FEARS FOR THE SPORT I LOVE as narrow mindedness then so be it...
Narrow minded by being so adamant about something you dislike and not being understanding to someone with different beleifs or principals. You're not the only member here who had a problem with Kai's G4P the difference is, others let go and are more understanding. Im not gay, i dont enjoy watching food ****ing (unless its female only ) but i dont let it get to me. I really cannot understand the strong feelings that come out of you towards kai, its really weird. I've never felt such a way towards a bodybuilder and i'm glad a bodybuilder doesn't make me so angry.

You dont have to like him, his actions or beleifs but not being able to tolerate it makes you narrow-minded.
You know, i may have you figured out. I think you get subconsciously aroused by kai but your in denial so you turn that arousal into anger and intolerance to offset those confusing insecurities.

updates from Dallas, regarding his final prep till he goes on stage:
WHUSSUP ERR'BODY?! I got to Dallas a few hours ago and everything is where it needs to be.
I'm going to try to post on here all the way through the show for those that give a damn, not those that come here just for recreation/entertainment.
All I ask is please don't take stuff from here and go startin shit all over the place, once again this is not to create hype or start shit, it's what I want to do for those that care.
I can't post pics on here cause I'm posting from my phone but I will try to give as many details and descriptions as I can.
Right now I'm on the bottom side of 270. I was 255 at the nationals and Im leanerthan I was then, just waiting for the right time to drop this water.
When I pose in the room with the natural light we can see cross striations in my vastus-intermedius (I think that's the name of that upper quad muscle), and also cross striations in some of my hamstring muscles. I hope they show up like that on stage too.
Kevin will be here later tonight so we can see what progress I've made since Saturday.
I actually looked waaaaay better than that video but, whatever... My abs started cramping during my routine... Could yall tell? Haha
I think I may try my routine to NO music down here to... My friend told mr some of yall thought it would be cool, and he agreed. But I gotta be honest, I might punk out and use my music, it's hard being too far outside the box, ya know?
Kevin got in last nite and made me pose hard (like always...sigh) it made me feel real good cause while I was posing, Kevin and my mentor Mark Neal was just back there cussin...(like white dudes do haha) "**** man", "holy shit dude", "dude, what tha **** is that?". Man, I felt on top of the world!
I was waking up pissin every hour man.
Woke up at about 6, and posed a lil b4 Kevin comes over. Mark said "let's see your back" (the last place I got a lil water right now) before I even finished my pose, he waved, laughed and walked off saying "man damn" haha. Mark is real hard to impress so that reaction started my day off perfect.
I'm a little flat now but the muscle bellies are still round. Hams are grainy looking too, they grew alot from nationals.
Can't wait to drop this water and load up!
Ooohh shit.... Started pushing all the food in now. This was the hardest part for me last year, and for that reason I didn't get as dry, hard or full as I could have. I just couldn't eat all the food! I see how important it is now so I'm focused on getting this food in properly.
It would be easy if it was fried chicken wings, collard greens, mac n cheese, candied yams, and corn bread...HAHA
just got back from the gym. I felt good while I was there but I started getting tired towards the end
thirsty as hell, and my mouth is super dry. I drink 1 gallon today but seems like I want more. I hope that's a sign of "drying out"
