This will be Cedric McMillan's pro debut show. His latest updates:

Man, I been so busy with work that I can't even hook up with md or muscletech to do videos and photoshoots. I can put it like this though, expect the same amount of improvements as 08-09. I'm 280 now and as lean as I was at 4 weeks out last year when i was at 265-270. My hams have came up alot. My shoulders and arms are better but I'm not satisfied yet.
Had surgery on my "pecs" in June, just waitin on a lil bit of swellin to go down.
I think we gone be straight!

Ps, the waist is a lil bit smaller too!

Unofficial list of competitors:

Cedric McMillan - pro debut
Hidetada Yamagishi
Seth Feroce - pro debut (202)

...more to come in a few weeks

Yea this one, the last of the Europa Shows in US lol.

And speaking of BB shows in Europe, there will be one though in Spain called "MR. EUROPE PRO" on September 10-11. Don't know more about this one, but they'll have $25,000 total money prize and 3 qualification places for the O. (I bet this is where the awful Paco Bautista will probably win again, and will go to the O :bitelip:)

Yeah buddy! but what's more interesting is this:

"...expect the same amount of improvements as 08-09. I'm 280 now and as lean as I was at 4 weeks out last year when i was at 265-270"

"Ps, the waist is a lil bit smaller too!"

With these improvements like he's saying, and if everything goes well in his preparation, then it will be game over for a lot of pro's, not only in Europa SS, but also some of the top 10 at the Olympia

No webcasts unfortunately, only the "play by play" on MD and RXM, and some prejudging and finals videos from both of those sites.

Bodybuilding has a huge fanbase in the internet. If you want to create a lot of critisism towards judges and decisions then go with "play by play" and pictures of competitors with unfinished poses and bad photo angles.

If you want to offer the best experience for bodybuilding fans and much less controversial decisions in the eyes of bodybuilding fans, then offer the fans a webcast!

Cedric's reply to some comments on MD:

Damn... I knew it was a bad idea posting those pics in my thread... I did that for all the people that was wondering about my progress.
I had surgery may 19th. Swelling goes away kinda slow.
I'm just a squirrel in this bodybuilding world, tryin to get a nut. Haha
the calves are way better than they were! I'm proud of that.
Roelly is the man right now, he showed all us rookies how to get it done.
My goal is not to beat him, or anybody else, just to represent an aspect of this sport that I fell in love with back in the day. And to present a physique for those people that like what bodybuilding was back then.(even though there's nothing wrong with the sport now) when I was a kid, I told myself I wanted to look like conan (I found out later it was a man named Arnold) and lee haney. If I reach that goal, it's good enough for me.
I'll keep workin on the calves and I'll keep slowly adding size

preciate yall

with "surgery" he means gyno surgery, he mentioned about it a few days ago as well in his Q&A thread.

crazy potential!

hope he is right about the swelling, its been a while since his surgery, i hope it wasnt just a bad job...

Cedric is awesome, the way he carries himself and the things he sais are right on point. I love how he makes comments but uses small disclaimers so people wont jump the gun and misinterperet what he is trying to say. Such a good guy.
